I originally made the appointment for just an oil change but by the time I got there I was having another issue. I thought I needed an alternator based on testing I had done at Advance Auto Parts and the way the vehicle had been acting. Hannah said they would run their diagnostics to be sure as they couldn't take an outside diagnostic as proof something was wrong with one of their vehicles. I understood and agreed to the test. We were in Hampton from New York visiting relatives. Without intending to, we purchased a new Colorado Pick Up. The Sales staff, Alex Hockaday and Paul London, treated us very well. Alex was able to answer all of our questions and make the sale. After the sale he still went out of his way to help with some additional installation of towing accessories we required. Parts and service departments were great to deal with and were quick to deal with some last minute issues.
