My car was totaled the week prior and needed to get a new vehicle before the rental time ran out. Went to Hampton Chevrolet on a Sunday at around 2:30pm. Fortunately I had done a lot of research and new exactly what I wanted just not the color. Josh was so attentive and went over and beyond with helping me. We did not finish the process until an hour and a half after the dealership had closed.
I had an appointment for 8 in the morning and they kept my car for three days, didn’t even look at until I got there and become a waiter in all honesty! I needed that car for work and my husband needs his to get to base three days is outrageous

Had oil change on Monday been raining lately. I noticed oil under my truck Saturday and found oil plug loose I could turn in with two fingers tightened plug checked oil level found it 3/4 qt low. I’ll be checking oil plug prior to leaving next time.
I could not have asked for a better service. The manager and mechanic were responsive and answered any questions I had. Turn around time was fantastic!

We have dealt with Phillip Stallings for ore than 10 years on our Mazda 3, and he is truly outstanding. Always great service, and outstanding work performed on our car.
Went in for oil leak and got quoted a little over $1,300 got told it was oil pan gasket, got it back and was told it’s fixed, it was still leaking. Then got told it’s the rear main seal and front timing cover and got charged over $1,500 for that job, was told again it was fixed. Still leaking after that got told oil in starter (which there was none) I replaced the starter myself and it was still leaking. I thought I needed an alternator based on testing I had done at Advance Auto Parts and the way the vehicle had been acting.
